2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation has been conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Oomachikulam Sub Division, and that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file as P.R.C.No.30 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If the petitioner has any grievance, he shall approach the concerned Court for seeking appropriate relief in accordance with law.
