ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 468 I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have fraudulently sold the property purchased by the defacto complainant to other person.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have sold their undivided ancestral property to one Rathakrishnan in the year 2009 and they are no way connected with this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.108 of 2015 and the petitioners were called for enquiry and they were aware of the registration of the F.I.R. and suppressing the same, they have filed the present petition.
