Contending that the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.18763 of 2021 has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) had given an undertaking that final report in Crime No.380 of 2021 registered on the file of the Karungal Police Station would be filed within two months. It is stated that after investigation, MF report has been filed and the petitioner has also been served with RCS notice. The petitioner has to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate. All her contentions are left open. The contempt petition stands closed.
