ORDER

Invoking the provisions of Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, the petitioner has approached this Court with this Petition, seeking to withdraw I.A.No.25 of 2015 in unnumbered H.M.O.P.No. Of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Devakottai for trial.

2. It appears from the report received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre functioning within the campus of this Court, dated 30.11.2015, that the dispute between the parties in the revision petition has been settled amicably out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any outer side.

3. Since the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. The report received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, is taken on record. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
