ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Accused No.7, who was arrested on 14.07.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 altered into Sections 120(b), 147, 148 and 302 IPC in Cr.No.350 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused took the deceased in the car and about 10.30 p.m., accused Nos.1 to 4 attacked him with aruval and the deceased succumbed to death.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased is the friend of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vadipatti, Madurai District and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 27/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
