ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.4 imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.No.199 of 2023, dated 31.01.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners should kept in the Special Camp for foreigners and shall sign before the Officer in-charge of the said camp once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions in the said order dated 31.01.2023 shall remain unaltered. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 23.03.2023 sji NCC: Yes/No Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No 2/4
