ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant, dated 14.12.2018 issued against the first respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in C.C.No.271 of 2014, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, inspite of repeated adjournments, the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent, which as not executed by the second respondent. Hence, he seeks a direction.

3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a team has been formed to execute the warrant and it will be executed and produced before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petitoin is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5257 of 2021 with a direction to the second respondent to execute the warrant at the earliest as per law. In the meantime, the petitioner may also extend full co-operation to the second respondent for executing the warrant sharing the information about the whereabouts of the first respondent.
