ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by one Shanmugam, enquiry has been conducted. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already protected as per this Court order in Crl.OP (MD)No.4553 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022.

3.From the above, the petitioner is already got protection order and if he finds any trouble, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
