Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Ist respondent pertaining to his order in his proceedings No. 10618/12/13 dated 28.06.2013 on his file, confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No. 6341/A2/2009 dated 30.04.2013 on his file, and the consequential order of the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Moo.Mu.No. 18815/F2/2013 dated

10.05.2013 on his file, passed consequent to the said order of the 2nd respondent, based on the order of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accept and file the Form VII, dated 27.08.2012, submitted by the petitioner on 27.08.2012 for the 5th respondent-society for the triennium, 20122015 and the respondents 3 and 4 to recognize the petitioner as the Secretary of the Lakshmipuram College of Arts and Science, Lakshmipuram, Kanyakumari District.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 04.04.2014 passed in W.P(MD)No.12133 of 2013.

2.In the said Writ Petition, the prayer was to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the consequential order of the third respondent, dated 10.05.2013 and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accept and file the Form VII, dated 27.08.2012 submitted by the petitioner for the fifth respondent - Society for the period 2012-2015.

3.The said Writ Petition was dismissed on merits. Against which, the above Writ Appeal is preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner.

4.It is now stated that the period itself is over and the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

5.In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
