This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above revision.

2. Mr.S.C.Herold Singh has entered appearance for the first respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
