The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that both the petitioner and the respondent living together and therefore, he wants to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
