This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made, Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 25.03.2025, is modified and the same is to be read as follows:- "6.In view of the above and since the petitioner has paid the fine amount, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.01.2025, for re-issuance of passport without reference to C.C.No.43 of 2019 and C.C.No.21 of 2023 against him and issue passport, if he is otherwise eligible for the same. The respondent shall comply with the said direction on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction in the order dated 25.03.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.6936 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
