ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested for offences punishable under Section 3 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 @ 120(b), 147, 148, 109, 212 of I.P.C and Section 4 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Cr.No.61 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he never involved in the offence. He further submitted that the co-accused stands released on bail. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
