[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Poomari, aged about 17 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The second respondent has produced the detenu, who informed that she has undergone a change of religion and married the third respondent on her own volition. The marriage certificate is produced before this Court. Such position has been explained to the parents of the detenu. 3. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
