The petitioner has come up with the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, on the ground to withdraw the case in R.C.O.P.No.98 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller, Tiruchirappalli and to transfer the same to the file of any other competent Rent Controller, outside the Tiruchirapalli District.
2. The respondent landlord informed the petitioner that he is a practising advocate and President of the Bar Association and he is very influential person and he knows all the Judges. He has already spoken to the Judge and Judge also assured to help the petitioner. The respondent further informed the petitioner that if she pays Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees fifty lakhs only) to the respondent, he will withdraw the case.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The petitioner has filed this petition making allegations against the respondent. But the respondent did not file any counter denying the same.
5. This petitioner has come up with this Tr.C.M.P.No.368 of 2015, on the apprehension based on the statement of the respondent. These are not valid ground for transfer the R.C.O.P.No.98 of 2014, as the same will cast apprehension about the learned Rent Controller. These sort of allegations made by the petitioner cannot be encouraged by this Court. In the circumstances, this Court finds that this Tr.C.M.P is liable to be dismissed.
6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, The learned Rent Controller, Trichy, is directed to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.98 of 2014, without taking note of the allegations and averments made in the petition. No Costs.
