RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram in S.C.No.54 of 2014 dated 25.04.2018 and enlarge the appellants on bail pending disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.PRABHU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal District cum Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in S.C.No.54 of 2014 dated 25.04.2018 and enlarge the petitioners on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioners could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.
4. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
