ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2022 on the file of the 4th respondent to 3rd respondent or any other competent investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that total amount is involved in the above said complaints are below Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Only). As per the circular issued by the Director General of Police, dated 21.09.2022, EOW can take up the matter only if the amount involved is above Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores only). If new complaints are coming and the amount exist the above said sealing, the above said transfer will be taken place.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent herein to complete the investigation process subject to the above said observation within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
