Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.120 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam, to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.120 of 2021, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.120 of 2021, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, was filed by the revision petitioner. Perusal of 'B' Diary shows that the Court below on 18.02.2022 adjourned the I.A.No.1 of 2021 to 17.03.2022, for filing counter and no further adjournment. Again, on 17.03.2022, at request, adjourned the case to 30.03.2022. On 30.03.2022, again the case was adjourned for filing counter and no further adjournment, failing which suitable order will be passed. Even then also I.A.No.1 of 2021, was adjourned and no order passed. 4.From the above, the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose the matter, in an expeditious manner. No costs.
