ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.1368 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other impartial Investigation Agency.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint has been given on 27.08.2022, the same is kept pending for the past nine months and hence, seeks transfer of investigation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that as per the direction of this Court, dated 17.03.2023 entire files placed before the competent authority for making proper investigation.

4. Let the investigation be undertaken by the competent authority, for which, the first respondent is hereby directed to pass necessary orders. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the out come of the said investigation, she can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
