ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/sold accused, who was arrested and remanded on 21.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.37 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.200 kms of ganja.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has 4 previous cases for IPC offences. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two

sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for E.C. & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai(FAC) and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.
