2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the HMOP.NO.6 of 2015 filed by the petitioner was dismissed for default, on 05.11.2015 and the same is not pending.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives in this Transfer CMP. Hence, the Transfer CMP is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
