The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, he joined as Contract Labour in the respondents Office in the year 1986. Thereafter, the second respondent, by proceedings dated 15.12.2005, issued proper appointment order to the petitioner and he was working in the fourth respondent office. While so, he met with an accident, due to which, he was unable to sit and walk. The same was informed to the respondents. However, the respondents have not passed any order. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated 10.03.2020 to the respondents Nos.3 to 5 seeking alternative employment. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that it would be sufficient if a direction is given to the respondents 3 to 5 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4. Ms.P.Malini, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration.

In view of the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
