ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to secure the body or person of the detenu and to produce him before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that the detenu was arrested in the course of investigation in an FIR registered in Crime N.39 of 2026 on 01.03.2026 and the detenu was remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same stands closed.
