ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 06.09.2016 for offences punishable under Section 392 IPC in Cr.No.220 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners snatched the gold chain of the defacto complainant.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner is working at Sigapore and owing to differences in the course of earlier local body election, the petitioners stand falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on condition that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
