3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file a fresh representation by mentioning place, time and date regarding Kabadi Tournament. Such a liberty is always available to the petitioner. If any, new cause of action arises, the authorities may consider the same on merits and pass orders.
