: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned e-auction sale notice of second respondent in RO:RECV:LEGAL:2018-19:745 dated 18.04.2018, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to furnish a proper statement of accounts with date of commencement of repayment schedule and after giving credit to the repayments so far paid by the petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Mr.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of both the respondents submits that there were no bids pursuant to the impugned e-auction sale notice dated 18.04.2018, bearing Ref.No. RO:RECV:LEGAL:2018-19:745. This submission is recorded.

2.In the light of the above submission, learned Counsel for the petitioner requested us to permit him to withdraw this writ petition. The request is acceded to. Learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file, which reads as follows:
