ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A-9, who was arrested on 28.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 302 of IPC and Section 3 of Explosives Substances Act and under Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Cr.No.130 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for nearly 90 days.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost over and they are awaiting for viscera report. He further submits that A-5 is still absconding.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of remand and the stage of the investigation, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Judge daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
