2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2016 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.158/2017 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar for offences under Sections 498(A), 420, 494, 506(i),354 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act,2002.
3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
