ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai (In-charge), Coimbatore to dispose the S.A.No.197 of 2022 on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.C.Deepak, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the issues, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai (in2/4

charge), Coimbatore, to dispose of the S.A.No.197 of 2022 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
