: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 8 to rectify and resubmit the proposal before the 1st respondent along with No Objection Certificate and further direct the 1st 1/3

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the retirement benefits. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 8, on instructions, submitted that all the terminal benefits have been settled to the petitioner. He has also relied upon the proceedings of the third respondent in No.586/Mu.Oo./2019, dated 17.07.2020. 3.Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner affirmed the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader. 4.In view of the aforesaid position, this writ petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
