ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.03.2016 in accordance with law and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.158 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 506(ii) IPC by the second respondent Police.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
