It is the case of the petitioner that Muthukalai, third respondent herein was born to her husband through his first wife Pilichi. Now there is a dispute between the petitioner and Muthukalai, third respondent with regard to certain properties and a suit in O.S.No.176 of 2017 was filed by Balammal, W/o Muthukalai before the District Munsif Court, Dindigul and it is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. In view of the above, no direction can be granted by this Court to provide police protection to the properties in dispute.
However, the police ensure that no physical harm shall befall the petitioner at the hands of the third respondent.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
