Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2337 of 2022, dated 08.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed and that trial is yet to be commenced. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 am., until further orders.
