Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against VenkatPrabhu, Murugesan and Anbazhagan, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.03.2017. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
