Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the Records pertaining to the Impugned Order issued by the Respondent in his communication dated 15.01.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to consider the petitioner as OBC candidate and allot him the respective posting as Probationary Officer as per his new rank with consequential benefits within stipulated time by this Honourable Court.
