This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any criminal case. However, the petitioner's son is a prime accused in a criminal case. Since the whereabouts of the Petitioner's son was not known, the Petitioner was enquired. The enquiry was strictly pertaining to the whereabouts of the Petitioner's son and no enquiry is pending or contemplated as against the Petitioner.
