This contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22820 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.

2.The dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22820 of 2024 is private dispute, without resolving the same, there is no point of affording police protection to the petitioner and that, contempt will not arise.
