ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the same set of facts, the respondent police have registered a regular case in Cr.No.487 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., against seven persons and now the complaint was given by the petitioner against the same persons.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015.
