ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue Patta in the petitioner's name for his property to an extent of 18 cents situated in Survey No.290/5 (Old Survey No.290/2) of Marungapuri Village and Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's registered sale deed, dated 29.12.2025 as well as the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2026.

2. The petitioner has purchased the said property and is now seeking issuance of patta in his name.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026, in the light of the sale deed dated 29.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
