O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent Police not to interfere with the civil rights of the Petitioner and to not to harass the Petitioner.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Santhi and has now filed the present petition of not to harass.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, after having given a complaint, it is the duty of the petitioner to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and it does not lie in the mouth of the petitioner to say not to harass her.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and co-operate with the Police.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
