By order dated 19.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in EP No.88 of 2024 in ACP No.

2MD of 2022 on or before 31.07.2025.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.618/2025, dated 08.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order dated 19.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 19.03.2025.
