[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 21.11.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.27562 of 2023. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions given by the Revenue Tahsildar, Karambakudi Taluk would submit that action was initiated and the encroachments were partly 2/5

removed as far as the pathway is concerned.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the encroachments are not removed in entirety.

4.If any encroachment still exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the committee for initiation of further action to remove the remaining encroachments. However, this Court do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
