This petition has been filed to directing the third and fourth respondents to conduct proper investigation and enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.12.2021. 1/3

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 11.12.2021 and 23.12.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
