This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to transfer the investigation in Cr.no.23 of 2021 dt.16.1.2021 pending before the 4th Respondent, to the 2nd Respondent or any other competent authority.

This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. I. Robert Chandrakumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, this court made the following order: This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2021 dated 16.01.2021 pending before the fourth respondent to the second respondent or any other competent authority.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the investigation taken in the above said crime, further action has been dropped on 20.03.2021 and the report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
