CMP(MD) No.3312 of 2020 The petition is filed to condone the delay of 173 days in representing the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.SR67358 of 2019. 2.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, an opportunity for the petitioner is to be given. Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 30.06.2020.
