ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the private respondents and thereafter, the respondents have not taken any steps and not even enquired the matter. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they assigned CSR No.219 of 2025 and thereafter, the petitioner has not cooperated for enquiry and not even appeared for 2/5

enquiry. If the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to dispose of this petition.

5. Since the third respondent admitted the pending complaint of the petitioner for enquiry, this Court recording the same, directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

6. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 12.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 3/5
