ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.245 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that originally the case was registered under Secton 174 Cr.P.C. and subsequently it was altered into Sections 302 and 201 IPC and the respondent is awaiting for DNA test report and seeks time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 3rd respondent police to file the final report as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
