and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Virudhunagar. 2.Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.471of 2015, is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar and transfer the same to the Family Court, Madurai to have joint trial with H.M.O.P.No.596 of 2015.

3.When the transfer petitions are pending, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and both parties agreed to settle the matter before the Family Court, Madurai and the matter was compromised between the parties and compromise memo entered between the parties has also been filed. Now, both the counsels are agreed for transfer the matter to the Family Court, Madurai and.

4.In view of the above said submissions, H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Judge Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.596 of 2015. The learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar is directed to send the case bundles in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 to the Family Court, Madurai immediately. The Registry is directed to send back the papers that are pending before the Registry. The learned Judge Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of both the H.M.O.Ps as expeditiously as possible in any event, not later than 30th June 2016. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
