ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order of the first respondent, dated 10.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, he has submitted an application to the first respondent seeking for correction of the Adangal extract including all the relevant documents, on 19.11.2021. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the petitioner's application and by his proceedings, dated 10.12.2021 has forwarded the same to the second respondent for necessary action. Since no final orders have been passed, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.6461 of 2022 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if final orders are passed on the petitioner's application, seeking for correction of the adangal extract on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner. 5.The petitioner has also filed documents along with the writ petition, to substantiate his case that the correction will have to be made in the adangal extract. It is for the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders based on the first respondent's proceedings, dated 10.12.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
