For Petitioners : Mr.R.Saravanan For Respondents : Mr.T.Amjad Khan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER The instant contempt petitions have been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 07.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)Nos.28863 & 28864 of 2023, wherein, this Court has directed to refund the already recovered incentive increments and continue to pay the incentive increments to the writ petitioners.
2. In compliance with the orders of this Court, already recovered amount have been refunded to the writ petitioners. However, the grievance of the writ petitioners is that for the regular salary has not been paid along with incentive increments.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors submit that in case, if the School raises the bill that will be cleared.
